Alshark Electrode co. was established in 1972 after a thorough study in order to manufacture electrical arc welding electrodes in various types and different measurements

 The company is located in one of the beautiful areas in Hebron city ,its easy to find and approach, Alshark is a public share holding company registered officially in both Palestine and Jordan since 1973.The organizational structure of the company consists of the following:

•  General Assembly: shareholders of the company reaching around 300 persons
•  Board of Directors:  which consist of 7members including a chairman elected by the general assembly in 2 years intervals.
•  General Manager: who is authorized by the board of directors to manage the company.
•  The other functional departments like sales, production, public relation, quality approval  and financial  departments are all correlated  to provide the required assessment of the company.
